About Rose

I have always lived between worlds.

Between logic and emotion. Structure and imagination. Commercial rigour and creative instinct.

My career has taken me through business improvement, customer experience, privacy, data governance, strategy and complex transformation. I have worked inside large organisations, advised leaders and helped teams make sense of difficult, high-stakes environments.

But the ability beneath all of those roles was never simply “data” or “consulting”. It was seeing patterns others had missed, asking the question beneath the question and creating a story people could finally act on.

Today, that same instinct shapes everything I create—from decision frameworks and books to one-of-a-kind cyanotype artworks.
